The balance on this wine seems notably more appealing to my palate than that of the Engelmannsberg trocken. Much more fruit to balance the high, crystalline acidity. I'm aware of a little sulphur however. Granny Smith apple flavours and crispness in abundance. Whistle clean. 8%"
