Spontaneous yeasts have left their aromatic mark on the fragrance, but their herbaceous contribution is upliftingly fresh and minty. Although the aromatic green theme continues on the palate, it is well balanced by a fair substance of ripe stone fruit. However, fruit is not the wont of this Grosses Gewächs, which prefers to indulge in a wealth of solid minerality on the finish. Drink 2014-2021.
